1. The service
Web Vitals Collector monitors real-user website performance and visitor analytics for websites you control, and sends you plain-English weekly reports. We provide the service on a month-to-month subscription basis as described on our pricing page.
2. Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, for the websites you add to the service, and for ensuring you have the right to install our monitoring scripts on those websites. You must not use the service to monitor websites you are not authorised to monitor.
3. Trial and payment
Plans include a 30-day free trial. No card is required to start. Plans are month-to-month and cancellable at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, or use the service in breach of applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. Monitoring data and reports are intended to inform, not to guarantee, website performance or search rankings. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the information provided.
6. Changes to these Terms
